To become a member of the The Haven Beauty Club, you need to purchase the service first. Once you have purchased the service, you can sign up for the monthly membership program.
Members perks includes but not limited to access to exclusive events, discounted rates of services, products, and special promotions.

The monthly payment is due between 1st-3rd of the month. You can choose your payment option between Zelle, PayPal and automatic card billing each month starting from the date you signed up for the membership program.
The Haven Beauty Club membership has three tiers: silver, gold, and platinum. Each tier comes with different benefits and perks, such as exclusive discounts, free products, birthday gift/surprise and early access to promotions/exclusive members sales.
To cancel your membership, you need to request cancellation at least 10 days before the next billing cycle. You can do this by contacting customer service.
If you don't cancel your membership before the next billing cycle, you will be charged for another month of membership.
To upgrade your membership to a higher tier, you need to contact us at 657-222-3611. They will assist you in upgrading your membership and adjusting your billing accordingly.
