LENIENT TIME APPOINTMENT: We only have a 15 minutes grace period, after 15 minutes will be marked as missed appointment.  If you come in late and within the grace period, we have to wiggle some rooms and work on you until the time is up, you won't get maximum results but we will still accommodate you.
